Queen IAM’s goal is to encourage young queens to know their self-worth, so they will grow into strong, confident and beautiful women.
Queen IAM goals are to expose young ladies to future possibilities. While still supporting and guiding young queens through the daily challenges of being a young lady.
We work extremely hard to expose our young queens to opportunities to grow social and emotionally such as our highlight on self-love. Self-respect and self-understanding. We use our tools and resources to then connect them to areas of College and Career Readiness, Health and Wellness, Financial Literacy, Community Service.

DAMEYONNA WILLIS
THE FOUNDER
Dameyonna Willis 28, the Founder of Queen IAM, Queen IAM is a Girl Empowerment Organization founded in 2016 in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dameyonna education and professional background includes Associate of Arts from Cuyahoga Community College, as well a Bachelors in Non-Profit Administration from Cleveland State University. Seen on Spectrum News ,Cribs in CLE Fox 8 and 19 Action News. She is a Graduate of many amazing leaderships cohort right here in Cleveland. Over 12 years of education and experience in Youth Development. She has strive to help young ladies see how powerful they are through quality programming and exposures experiences.
Awarded the Young Adult Philanthropist Honoree from Cleveland Soul of Philanthropy. She has a Live Exhibit of her contributions and efforts to the community located in the main branch Cleveland Public Library.
Dameyonna recently co wrote an book titled :"Where my crown" to help consistently guide girls through the daily journey of being a young queen.
